Sticky Announcement
All our silk flower creations are hand-made and in 1 unit quantity. Once a creation is sold, the system will flag them as Out-of-Stock. This prevents an item from being "over ordered". So, grab them while they are still standing and unique! If you really desire an item to be resurrected (re-made), do call or drop me an email -and I will be glad to check if the materials are still sufficient to do so.

Webstore Discount
Webstore Discount for purchases above S$250 will be 8%. Only applicable under the following conditions:

o  use the Shopping Cart to order
o  for standard items displayed on this website
Not applicable for shipping and handling charges.

Discount Coupons
Discount Coupons will take precedent over Webstore Discount. Where your purchase qualifies for a Webstore Discount, and you decide to enter your Discount Coupon number, the Shopping Cart will overwrite the Webstore Discount with your Discount Coupon entitlement.
Items with value of $30 and below will not be entitled for Webstore or Coupon discount. Where such an item is part of a few items in your total purchase, the Shopping Cart will automatically omit such items from the discount calculation.

Refund
Once item is sold, no refunds will be entertained.

Cancellation of Order
Once an order is confirmed, no cancellation of order is allowed. This applies to all on-the-shelf items. Do take your time to check out the images and pricing. When in doubt please give us a call. We will be glad to answer all queries.

Custom-made Floral Design & Arrangement
A security deposit of 50% of the total order is required for all custom-made orders. If you decide to cancel a custom-made order, the 50% security deposit will be forfeited.
