Online Shopping Cart Method
To order from the Online Shopping Cart, please click on the icon to ADD AN ITEM into the shopping cart. From then onwards, you may add or change the quantity of items selected. You may even remove items if you change your mind. To carry-on with other selections, just click on the Continue Shopping button to continue. All the items which you have added into the shopping cart will be stored in memory.

At any one time, in your shopping experience, you may click on the to check your shopping cart status.

Depending on the Payment Option you select, the relevant Payment Page will then appear. For payment via PayPal (S$), your browser will bring you to PayPal's payment website for PayPal Account payment, or Credit card payment.

Payment by PayPal Account
Do note that payment made via Paypal is now in SINGAPORE dollar. Delivery will be made once the payment is cleared.

At the PayPal Payment Screen, you will see the Account Seller Name: Julie Floral.

Payment by Credit Card via PayPal
If you are at PayPal's Payment website, and you do not have a PayPal Account, but would like to make payment to Julie Floral via your credit card, please click on the button after the line: If you do not currently have a PayPal account, (click here).

You will then be brought to another page where you enter your credit card information. Please be assured that PayPal's Online Payment Mechanism is secured. No Credit Card information is passed to us.

As is with all online payment, we will make delivery once the payment transaction is cleared.

You will see Julie Floral appearing on the PayPal Payment Screen (Account Seller Name). Your Credit card statement will reflect the same name.

Exchange Rate
It is also noted that PayPal will levy a merchant transaction fee for each purchase. And later when we transfer your payment from PayPal to our Bank, a withdrawer fee will be levied by PayPal. Julie Floral will bear these two charges.

For COD Method, upon delivery, please pay in CASH. Please have exact change ready.

Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer
You may opt for phone/internet inter-bank funds transfer. Delivery will be made once the payment is cleared.

Delivery Leadtime

Delivery Charges
Delivery service is free for orders above $45.00, as long as it is inland Singapore. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $8 applies.

Do note that someone must be present to collect the item. In the event we need to make another trip because no one was around to accept the item, a levy of $10 will be imposed for each subsequent trip.

Special MRT Delivery
For purchases that do not qualify for FREE delivery, we are willing to arrange for a self-collect at designated MRT Stations. The stations are: Yishun, Sembawang or the Admiralty MRT station. You may wait for us at the turnstile area. Please be punctual.
